Inventory & Order Tracker is a one-time download: an offline web app (no account needed) plus a separate Google Sheets™ template (free Google account) for tracking materials, finished products and customer orders in a small handmade shop. No subscription.

A count on the shelf can mislead: three candles may already belong to an open order. This handmade inventory spreadsheet keeps materials, finished products and orders together. Stock is never typed over – it adds up every receipt, batch, shipment, return and correction, and open orders reserve finished pieces, so you see what is still free to sell. Recording a batch takes the materials out by recipe, and the reorder list shows how much brings each item back to your target stock.

You type in orders yourself. There is no Etsy or Shopify connection and no automatic order import, no invoices, accounting or shipping labels, and nothing is sent to your customers.

What the video shows

What it does

Stock: on hand, reserved, available

Materials and finished products – every variant (e.g. 180 ml / 250 ml) has its own SKU
Units g, ml, m and pieces; kg and l are converted in the app
Stock is the sum of every change: opening stock, receipts, production, shipments, returns, scrap and adjustments
Open orders reserve finished products; available = on hand − reserved
Mistakes are corrected with a reversal – nothing is overwritten

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: This is a digital inventory and order tracking template, not a connected store management service. You receive a downloadable offline HTML web app and separate Google Sheets templates in US, International and German versions. The app and spreadsheets work independently and do not sync. Orders must be entered manually. You can also copy suitable order data from a CSV into Google Sheets after checking and matching the columns. There is no automatic CSV processing in the app, no Etsy or Shopify integration, and no live inventory syncing. No accounting, invoices, tax calculations, payment processing, shipping labels or automatic customer notifications are included. The offline app stores data locally in your browser. Google Sheets requires a Google account and may store data in Google Drive. Please keep your own backups. No physical item will be shipped.
Please use a customer name or short reference only – no addresses, emails, phone numbers or payment details.
For personal use; please don’t share or resell the files.

Questions about the Inventory & Order Tracker

Does it connect to Etsy or Shopify?

No. You enter orders by hand and nothing is imported automatically. In Google Sheets you can paste suitable order data from a CSV after checking and matching the columns.

Do I need an account?

The web app needs no account – you open the file in your browser. The Google Sheets version needs a free Google account. Either way, there is no stillmeasure. account and no subscription.

Where is my data saved – and do the two versions sync?

In the web app, it's saved in your browser on that device – export a backup now and then. In Google Sheets, it's in your own copy in Google Drive. The two versions don't sync.

Does it work on my iPhone?

iPhone & iPad: open the web-app link from your START HERE guide in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. A downloaded HTML file on its own only opens as a preview on iPhone and iPad.

Why didn't my stock go down when I added an order?

An order only reserves finished stock. It leaves the shelf when you record the shipment, so a cancelled order never needs a correction.

What does “Negative” mean?

More units are reserved than are available. Nothing is changed for you – make more, record a receipt or adjust the order.

Can I use it in Excel?

It isn't supported. The spreadsheet is made for Google Sheets.
