No. It's a one-time purchase: you pay once on Etsy and keep your files. There's no monthly fee, and the web app needs no account.

Five files: the web app in three editions (US, International and German), a START HERE guide in English and a START HIER guide in German. The guide has the links to copy the Google Sheets templates and the link for iPhone and iPad. It's a digital download – nothing is shipped.

Etsy adds the VAT or sales tax of your country at checkout and shows the final amount in your currency before you pay. The prices on this website are what a buyer in Germany pays, including 19% VAT, so your price may differ.

If a file has an error, the fix for your version is free – we'll tell you how to get the updated file.

If something doesn't work, you can write to us – most problems have a simple fix. You buy on Etsy, so the withdrawal information in our Etsy shop policies applies. In the EU and the UK you may have a right of withdrawal, unless you agreed to the immediate download and confirmed that you lose that right. Your statutory rights if a file doesn't work as described are not affected.

A single HTML file that opens in your browser and works like a small app. There's nothing to install, and the web app needs no account. Once it's open, it works without internet.

No. The web app works on its own. The Google Sheets™ version is included for people who prefer spreadsheets, and it needs a free Google account. PDF E-Sign is the one tool without a Google Sheets version.

iPhone & iPad: open the web-app link from your START HERE guide in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. Every START HERE guide has this link. A downloaded HTML file on its own only opens as a preview on iPhone and iPad. If something doesn't work on your device, please write to us.

Open the HTML file from your Downloads with Chrome, and save a bookmark so you can find it again. The Google Sheets version works in the Google Sheets app.

Excel isn't supported. The spreadsheets are made for Google Sheets.

No. There are no reminders or notifications. You see what's due when you open the tool, and timers or countdowns run only while the app is open.

There's no free trial before you buy. Each product page shows real screenshots with sample data and describes what the tool does and doesn't do. After you buy, the planners come with example data or a demo, so you can look around before you enter your own.

Web app: in your browser on your device – nothing you type is uploaded. Google Sheets: in your own copy in your Google Drive.

No. The web app keeps your entries in your browser and doesn't send them to us. Your Google Sheets copy belongs to your own Google account.

Your web-app entries can be lost. Download a backup now and then – it's a button in the planner's settings – and restore it when you need it (PDF E-Sign has no backup file – your signed PDFs are saved as separate files). How backups work
