Purchases on Etsy
This website presents our digital products. You can only buy them in our Etsy shop. Ordering, payment and download all take place on Etsy. The seller is Tobias Marks (details above); Etsy receives the payment and is your contractual partner for payment processing.
Every purchase is subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and our Etsy shop policies (on the shop page under "Shop policies"), including the information on your right of withdrawal. Nothing can be bought on this website itself.
Apps and games
Under the brand "stillmeasure. games" we publish mobile games on Google Play. The provider is Tobias Marks (details above).
The games are free. Purchases in the games (for example "Ad-free") are made exclusively through Google Play: Google processes the payment and acts on our behalf as merchant of record. Game content cannot be bought on this website or on Etsy.
The games have their own legal texts:
- Privacy policy for the games
- Terms of use for the games – including the withdrawal notice for in-game purchases
Help with the games and purchases: contact@stillmeasure.com – for purchase problems please include your Google Play order number ("GPA.…").
Liability for content
We create the content of this website with care and are responsible for it under the general laws. Texts, examples and guides explain how our planners work. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. If you notice a mistake, please tell us and we'll correct it.
Links to other websites
We link to websites of other providers, mainly Etsy and our social media profiles. Each provider is solely responsible for the content of its own website. When we set the links, no legal violations were apparent. If we learn of a violation, we'll remove the link.
