Cleaning Schedule is a one-time download: an offline web app (no account needed) plus a separate Google Sheets™ template (free Google account) for planning recurring chores from daily to yearly, room by room, split among household members and fitted into the minutes you choose each day. No subscription.

Chores on different rhythms are hard to keep in your head: the counters every day, the mirror on Mondays and Fridays, the fridge shelves two weeks after the last time, the windows once a year. Here each chore gets a room, a repeat rule and your own estimate in minutes. The Today page lists what's overdue and due, oldest first, and fills a plan up to the minutes you set for the day. A chore you missed shows up once, with its original date, instead of stacking up.

Done and skipped rounds are recorded, so you can see done rates by room and person. The planner sends no reminders, doesn't even out the workload for you and gives no cleaning or hygiene advice.

Questions about the Cleaning Schedule

Will it remind me when a chore is due?

No. It works offline in your browser and doesn't send reminders or notifications – open it when you plan your day, and the Today page shows what's overdue and due.

Fixed schedule or counted from when it's done?

A fixed schedule keeps its dates, such as every Tuesday or day 20 of the month. “Counts from when it's done” starts again from the day you did it, for example 14 days later.

What happens when I skip a chore?

The current round closes and the next date is calculated. A skip isn't counted as work, and it doesn't break your week streak.

Do I need an account?

The web app needs no account – you open the file in your browser. The Google Sheets version needs a free Google account. There is no stillmeasure. account and no subscription.

Where is my data saved – and do the two versions sync?

Web-app data stays in your browser on that device, so export a backup now and then. The Google Sheets version is your own copy in Google Drive. The two versions don't sync.

Does it work on my iPhone?

iPhone & iPad: open the web-app link from your START HERE guide in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. A downloaded HTML file on its own only opens as a preview on iPhone and iPad.

Can I use it in Excel?

It isn't supported. The spreadsheet is built for Google Sheets.
