In short

A bill tracker in Google Sheets – or offline in your browser

Bills & Subscriptions Organizer is a one-time download: an offline web app (no account needed) plus a separate Google Sheets™ template (free Google account) for keeping bills, subscriptions, due dates and cancellation deadlines on one calendar and recording what you've paid. No subscription.

Bills and subscriptions are easy to lose track of when they're spread over bank statements, emails and app stores. Here you add each bill once with its rhythm, and every future due date appears on a monthly calendar. You mark what's paid – in full or in part – and the dashboard shows what's due this month, what's still open, what's overdue and what's coming in the next seven days. For subscriptions, free trial ends, renewals and the last day to cancel stay in view.

It doesn't pay, cancel or watch anything for you. There's no bank connection, and autopay never marks a bill as paid by itself – you confirm each payment. Deadlines are worked out from the contract details you enter, so check your provider's actual terms.

An organizing tool – not financial, tax or legal advice.

What the video shows

The web app on a laptop. Labels appear one by one: Bill Calendar, Subscription List, Due Dates, Annual Costs and Spending Insights. A small card shows the month: $1,386.98 in monthly bills, minus $1,259.99 paid, leaves $126.99 still open. Then the renewal dates, the next 12 months and the payment progress ring at 91% paid. It ends with: offline web app + Google Sheets, three editions (US, International, Deutsch), separate files, no syncing.

Questions about the Bills & Subscriptions Organizer

Does it connect to my bank?

No. There's no bank connection and no import. You record each payment yourself.

Does it cancel subscriptions for me?

No. It shows the last day to cancel, worked out from the notice period you enter. Cancelling is up to you – check your provider's actual terms.

My bill is on autopay. Why is it still open?

Autopay never marks a bill as paid by itself, because a payment can still fail. Open the due date and click Mark as Paid once the money has left your account.

How do I see which bills are due soon?

The dashboard lists your next open bills, soonest first, and what's due in the next seven days. It sends no notifications or emails.

Do I need an account?

The web app needs no account – you open the file in your browser. The Google Sheets version needs a free Google account. There's no stillmeasure. account and no subscription.

Where is my data saved – and do the two versions sync?

The web app saves your bills in your browser on that device – export a backup regularly. The Google Sheets version is your own copy in Google Drive. The two don't sync.

Does it work on my iPhone or iPad?

iPhone & iPad: open the web-app link from your START HERE guide in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. A downloaded HTML file on its own only opens as a preview on iPhone and iPad.

Can I use it in Excel?

It isn't supported. The spreadsheet is built for Google Sheets.
